The YCA International Auditions are held annually in New York City to discover and launch the careers of extraordinary musicians from all over the world. Winners are selected by a jury of distinguished musicians. The criteria are exceptional musicianship, virtuosity, individuality, projection as a performer, and promise. The winners will join the Young Concert Artists roster, granting access to a minimum of 3 years management services, career engagements, publicity and career guidance – plus coveted recital debuts in New York City and at the Washington DC Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Clarissa will return to Carnegie Hall later this year (June 2, at 7:30pm), performing in trio with cellist Daniel Kaler, pianist Rada Hanana and the New York Youth Symphony conducted by Steven Jarvi.

Clarissa, sixteen years old, is the youngest student in Italy to earn a Bachelor of Music degree

Clarissa, sixteen years old, is the youngest student in Italy to earn a Bachelor of Music degree (new School system).

Last month, Clarissa graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Conservatorio Nicolini in Piacenza. She now plans to participate in a number of international masterclasses, and in the fall, she will attend a Master's Degree program in Violin Performance.
